Original valid passport at least for 06 months, Visa Application form signed by Pax only with blue pen as per Passport , For children take signature of both parents, 02 colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background in matt finish, Covering letter require Husband & Wife Both Signature on it if travelling in family along with Head of the family contact number. Covering Letter should mention {Travel date / Passport Details / Business or Working details with company name, address & contact number / Hotel address in Singapore with name. Confirm issued ticket with e-ticket number & Bank statement copy for last 03 month with balance of above Rs. 50,000/- & Visiting Card copy of applicant.
