1. Original 6 Months Valid Passport
2. Online completed form and Payment Receipt.
3. Two Colour Photograph Not More Then 6 Months Old 35mm x 45mm, 80 % Face.
4. Return ticket as per travel dates.
5. Medical insurance As per Travel Dates
6. Detail Covering letter on Indian company letter head with seal and sign addressing to Mumbai consulate
7. Copy of invitation letter received from the Ireland addressing to Mumbai consulate
8. Personal and Company Income tax papers of Last 3 Years
9. Personal & Company bank statement for last 6 months
10. If working then Last 3 months Salary slip.
11. Company Registration Proof.
• Tourist Visa
1. Original 6 Months Valid Passport
2. Online completed form and Payment Receipt.
3. Two Colour Photograph Not More Then 6 Months Old 35mm x 45mm, 80 % Face.
4. Return ticket as per travel dates.
5. Medical insurance As per Travel Dates
6. Covering letter on company letter head with seal and sign if applicant is working then original leave letter from company and covering letter on white sheet.
7. Sponsorship letter from the Ireland along with passport and Visa copy of the invitee or Hotel Booking.
8. Personal Income tax papers of Last 3 Years.
9. Personal bank statement for last 6 months.
