• Business and Tourist visa
1. Valid passport last 6 months,
2. Approval copy from Iran immigration,
3. Two photographs 35mm x 45 mm white background 80% face without specs,
4. Original Covering letter on Indian Company letterhead with mention all detail, if working then required leave letter on company letterhead
5. Medical in original consists of three test i.e.: Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2 from any of the doctors (There are no panel of doctor for this test),
6. Covishield Certificate with mention passport number
