Hotel Booking as per travel date Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years, Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months with seal and sign, Salary Slips for last 3 months, Travel Insurance, Return Air ticket, 3. If self-employed then required Company IT paper last 3 year and Company bank statement last 3 month Company registration copy (Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary). 4. Final Covid Certificate both dose with mention passport number. • Tourist Visa 1.
