Visa Information
• Applicant need to come personally for submission
1. Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return
02. One online visa application form (www.geoconsul.gov.ge)
03. Two colour photos A recent digital colour photograph (digital photo 472 x 610 pixels in dimension; scanned photo – 4 x 5.16 cm in size, scanned at 300 DPI resolutions)
04. Covering letter from pax on company letter head if working then covering letter on plain letter & Leave letter from Indian company
05. Confirmed Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket
06. Personal IT paper for last 3 years
07. Personal bank statement for last 6 months with original bank seal
08.If working then Salary Slips for last 3 months
09. Overseas medical insurance as per the Air ticket
10. Confirm Return Air ticket.
11. If pax is doing his own business then company registration copy required in English language.
