Business Visa

Required Document

  1. Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of travel + Old passport.

  4. Covering letter on the Indian company letter head with round seal of Indian company
  5. Invitation from Nigerian company with color round Seal.The person who will sign the invitation letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his passport copy if he is Nigerian. in case he is foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy
  6. Return Ticket
  7. Original Yellow fever required
  8. Copy of Company Registration certificate of Indian Company
  9. Copy of Company Registration certificate of Nigerian Company attested by ministry of Foreign Affairs, with original stamping to be couriered directly to the pax which is to be submitted along with the documents in the embassy.
  10. Bank Statements last 3 moths from the current date (with the balance of US$ 1000 equal to INR)
  11. Polio Vaccine Must with effect from 1st March’14, Indian Government has made polio vaccination mandatory

Visitor Visa

Required Document

  1. Original Valid passport for 06 months from the date of arrival + Old passport.
  2. Online  Visa Application form.
  3. 2 Photos 35 X 45mm, white background, matt finish 80% face size.
  4. Covering letter mentioning the details of the applicant, and travel.
  5. Invitation Letter from Inviting person in Original.The person who will send the Sponsorship letter need to mention his mobile no on the invite letter also he need to give his passport copy if he is Nigerian. In case he is a foreigner than he need to give his passport copy along with his residence/work permit card copy.
  6. Original Yellow fever vaccination.
  7. Air Tickets.
  8. Polio Vaccination certificate.
  9. Income tax returns/ For 16 for last 3 years.
  10. Original personal bank statements for last 6 months updated.
  11. Salary slips for last 3 monts – if employed.
  12. Original leave letter from Employer/School/University.
  13. Company registration proof eg.Shop ACt / MOA/Deed etc – if self employed.

Employment Visa

Required Document

  10. Offer Letter of employment (4 Copies)
  11. Acceptance of Offer of Appointment (4 Copies)
  12. Full copy of employment contract signed and date by the both party (4 Copies)
  13. Copy of the current monthly quota utilization return as endorsed by Nigeria immigration services (4 Copies)
  14. Certificate of incorporation from Nigeria (4 Copies)
  15. Copy of quota letter (4 Copies)
  16. C.V of applicants (4 Copies)
  17. Original degree ( attested by MEA ) (4 Copies)
